Fan Boyang is a cross-cultural visual artist currently dividing his time between Beijing and San Francisco. He received his BFA in Photography from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt) in 2025 and is currently pursuing his MFA in Fine arts at the California College of the Arts (CCA).

His photographic work explores the fluid relationship between time, memory, and place, blending documentary and poetic perspectives to present cross-cultural personal narratives.

Notable solo exhibitions include See the World (2021, Beijing), with a foreword by French photography curator Alain Julien, and On the Road (2019, Beijing). Group exhibitions include Everything in Time (2025, Boston) and Spotlight Show (2024, Boston). His work has been featured by China.org.cn and he self-published the photobook See the World (2021). He is an official contract contributor for Visual China Group (VCG).
